Product Design Team Lead in Logistics

Salary not specified. Work location — Moscow, hybrid.

Your tasks will include:

— Managing a team of designers — providing art direction for solutions, setting up efficient processes, developing each team member;

— Being a player-coach, having excellent visual awareness, strong visual skills, and the ability to work quickly with your hands;

— Building effective collaboration between design, product, business, and engineering teams;

— Formulating the product vision and working on the product strategy, identifying areas for UX and UI improvement, and being able to drive them into production.

We expect you to have:

— Experience managing designers (3+ years) and understanding of interface development processes;

— Ability to build product strategy and find solutions that impact business metrics;

— Deep understanding of UX/UI and ability to design user-friendly services;

— Result-oriented, ability to prioritize tasks and justify decisions.
