Tutu is now looking for a Product Design Director to elevate the user experience to a new level — with emotion, logic, and engagement.

What awaits you: — A team of ~20 designers, whom you will grow and inspire — Collaboration with communications and marketing — Defending solutions before C-level and argumentation through metrics and data

Who we are looking for: 6–8 years in product design (B2C, e-commerce, travel-tech), most recently in a leadership position of a large team or head of a department. A portfolio with real cases: redesign of the visual language, implementation of a design system, measurable business effect.
