It is important to show experience in large-scale visual language changes, design system implementation, and the impact of design on business metrics. — Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. — Practical experience with AI tools, such as Runway, Claude, Krea, and others. — Deep understanding of UI/UX, composition, typography, and color. — Experience managing multiple design directions and developing designers. — Strong skills in process building and interaction with development, product, and communication design teams. — Ability to argue and defend one's position and design solutions.
