- Develop design concepts for alternative posters for licensed content, using modern trends and technologies
- Participate in discussions and project approvals with colleagues
- Ensure quality control and deadlines for tasks of other designers
- Identify processes that can be accelerated using neural networks
- Implement AI assistants: create, configure, and develop smart agents
- Advise and train employees on effective work with generative AI
Ivi's expectations from the candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Figma and the Adobe suite
- Sense of style, understanding of retouching and color correction basics
- Confident work with generative image models, ability to choose a model for the task and maintain a consistent style within a series.
- Experience with platforms and pipelines for generation (Phygital or similar)
- Experience working with LLM assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for generating ideas, writing prompts. Ability to use AI to assemble simple scripts, plugins, services for automating workflows
- Ability to manage contract work (onboarding, guidance, management, quality control)
