To realize our ambitions, we are looking for a strong lead digital designer to join our design management team.
We are looking for a person who, while remaining a practicing designer, can independently solve complex digital tasks. They should have a good understanding of web and mobile products, monitor the quality of the team's work, understand the technical aspects of implementation, and be a reliable support for the manager.
Our tasks:
- Manage creative design tasks for the holding's projects and create them yourself: banners and their resizes, websites, mobile applications, landing pages, promo pages, social media layouts, special projects, covers for videos/podcasts, and other digital formats;
- Develop existing products, propose ideas, design new interfaces (rarely), think through UX/UI, and adapt for commercial projects and radio station promotions;
- Review the work of web designers before approval by the manager;
- Identify not only visual flaws but also problems with UX, interface logic, adaptability, and components, with an understanding of how technically feasible the solution is;
- Help the team find solutions to complex problems and improve the overall level of digital design;
- In the absence of the manager, accept incoming tasks, understand their requirements, interact with internal clients, and maintain the team's workflow.
Our expectations:
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar position;
- Proficient in: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, using AI tools for generation and accelerating routine tasks, After Effects (welcomed);
- Creative thinking;
- Strong foundation in UX/UI;
- Design of websites and interfaces;
- Clear understanding of web project specifics (responsive, adaptive); quality design for various devices (desktops, tablets, smartphones);
- Creation of HTML5 banners;
- High visual level: composition, typography, hierarchy, brand work, understanding of trends;
- Ability to not only identify a problem but also propose a solution independently. Ability to structure activities and plan working time;
- Portfolio on Behance/Figma required (resumes without a portfolio will not be considered).
