Communication Designer

We are looking for a Communication Designer for gaming and landing page direction to join the Zolotoye Yabloko online store team! Our audience numbers 50 million people per month, choosing us for the highest level of online service, stylish design, and user-friendly interface.

You will work in the design department. In the design department: a team of designers is engaged in creating creatives, visuals, and developing marketing materials. They constantly generate bright ideas and bring them to life, keep track of design trends, and are aware of the latest changes.

What you need to do:

— Develop creative landing pages and gaming projects from idea to final implementation

— Create visual concepts and style for such projects

— Develop the structure, user scenarios, and game mechanics

— Design interfaces, components, and UI-kits for projects

— Create adaptive versions of the design for necessary devices and formats

— Develop interactivity and animation, create clickable and animated prototypes

— Independently estimate tasks, plan work, and meet deadlines

— Prepare mockups for development and support the project during the implementation phase

— Control the quality of implementation and fix design bugs

— Participate in design reviews and the development of visual approaches, components, and team processes

What we expect from the candidate:

— Strong visual design: composition, typography, color, grids, and visual hierarchy

— Development of visual concepts and the ability to scale them across the entire project

— Skill in designing game mechanics, landing pages, user scenarios, and interfaces

— Proficient in Figma, Adobe Ps, Ai, Ae, ProtoPie

— Proficiency in neural networks

— Understanding of adaptive design, motion design, and principles of handing over mockups for development

— Independence and ability to manage a project from task to release

— Systemic and critical thinking

— Proactivity and effective communication with the team and developers
