Location: Moscow, Tsvetnoy Boulevard, 30/1 (m. Tsvetnoy Boulevard)

You will be working in the BrandLab department, where the team is responsible for developing and promoting the company brand, creating a unique identity that distinguishes the company from competitors, and establishing an emotional connection with consumers to attract and retain clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the work of external specialists and contractors: creative agencies, photo and video production houses, illustrators.
2. Develop and implement visual concepts: products, packaging, landing pages, banners, newsletters, printed materials, merchandise, offline events, etc. (including offline design: retail fixtures, pop-ups, set design for shoots, and store interiors).
3. Develop identity and design systems for existing and new products.
4. Pre-press: prepare files for printing on various materials.
5. Participate in Brand Lab shoots: briefing, on-set presence, shot control, set design, retouching or assigning tasks to retouchers, material selection.
6. Design and participate in the production of merchandise and printed materials with complex constructions.
7. Collaborate with other specialists — producers, marketers, product managers.

Candidate Profile:

1. Successful relevant work experience of 3+ years.
2. Practical knowledge of packaging development processes, particularly in the cosmetics and accessories sector.
3. Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Blender (or a 3D analog), Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
4. Experience implementing AI tools in processes and projects.
5. Extensive experience in pre-press and knowledge of technical file preparation specifics for printing by various methods on different materials.
6. Skills in creating illustrations, motion design, retouching, and preparing key visuals.
7. Practical experience in offline design: retail fixtures, pop-ups, set construction for shoots, and store interior design.
8. Strong communication, thoughtfulness, efficiency, and understanding of design department workflows.
9. Confident proficiency in graphic editing software.
