One of the largest aluminum companies RUSAL is looking for a Brand Communications Department Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Style Management:
- Maintaining and developing the unified brand style of RUSAL and sub-brands in external and internal communications
- Monitoring compliance with the brand book by company employees and external contractors
- Updating guidelines and visual communication standards
Creative Development and Design:
- Independent development of creative design concepts for marketing campaigns
- Design and layout of advertising and informational materials: presentations, flyers, posters, brochures, banners
- Design support for marketing events within the company's projects and initiatives in Russia and abroad
External Team Management:
- Conducting competitive selections (tenders) for creative services
- Monitoring and coordinating the work of external creative teams and contractors
- Evaluating the quality and compliance of work with the brand style
Brand Asset Management:
- Managing the corporate archive of marketing materials
- Systematizing and storing brand assets
- Ensuring employee access to current materials
- Informing employees about changes
Requirements:
- Higher education in design, marketing, or related fields
- Knowledge of brand management and visual communication principles
- At least 3 years of experience as a designer (preferably in a large company or branding agency), a personal portfolio is required (print, presentations, digital, etc.)
- Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Figma/Sketch, PowerPoint) and neural networks
- Experience in project and external contractor management
- Systematic approach, attention to detail, sense of style
