Looking for a Design Lead at Yandex FanTech 📍 Moscow, hybrid format
FanTech combines entertainment services and projects: Yandex Music, Kinopoisk, Yandex Books, Afisha, Gaming, and Yandex Plus. We need someone who can come up with strong visual ideas, turn them into scalable systems, and enhance the design process with technology.
Tasks: identity for new products, rebranding, large communication projects
Important for us:
→ Strong visual craft: composition, typography, graphics, art direction, and systemic thinking
→ Autonomy: the ability to take on a complex and not fully defined task, determine an approach, and bring it to completion
→ Leadership: the ability to set a visual direction, justify decisions, and maintain a high quality standard. The ability to work with stakeholders and be responsible for the quality of a large project as a whole
→ Practical AI adoption: real experience in creating tools for work — automation, pipelines, generators, Figma plugins, and their integration into the design process
