We launched our first product in 2025, and today we issue over 100,000 policies daily and are integrated into Yandex's major projects: return guarantee in Yandex Afisha, insurance in Market, CASCO on Maps, OSAGO for one day in Taxi — and this is just the beginning.

Insurance is inherently complex: legal restrictions, terms, and exclusions that people have no desire to delve into. We want to learn to turn this complexity into simple and understandable products — and ultimately change the very attitude towards insurance, making it a natural part of everyday life.

We are looking for a strong product designer who wants a large area of responsibility: a lot of independence, complex hands-on tasks, and the opportunity to build their own team.
