Head of Design Team

We have two vacancies at Finuslugi — a financial marketplace from the Moscow Exchange. We are looking for a Head of Design team for the lending, savings, and insurance areas, as well as a Lead Designer for the lending team.

These are complex products with high responsibility and a large number of tasks, in which you will have to make decisions independently and be responsible for the results. We work in the office in the center of Moscow, offer a good salary and a strong team around you.

And now, something important. We will ask about relevant product experience and business-oriented thinking. Without them, as well as without a portfolio, we cannot proceed. If all projects are under NDA and there is nothing to show — that's also a problem.

From our side, we are ready to honestly and thoroughly answer questions about the product and the team. It's not the easiest one. There will be many tricky questions about the product during the interview. Not because we are difficult, but because it is important for us to align on the understanding of the role of design in the product and business. We don't have opportunities to teach from a low base right now, so we are looking for those who already know how.
