Experience: From 1 to 3 years
Your tasks:
- Distribute operational tasks among designers, plan work and control deadlines together with the Art Director;
- Design new features and user scenarios for the website;
- Develop landing pages, promo pages, and email newsletters;
- Create KV for promotions and advertising campaigns, work with corporate identity;
- Prepare mockups for handover to developers, considering the technical limitations of web development;
- Create and adapt motion content;
- Find a balance between creativity, UX, and business commercial goals.
Our expectations:
- From 2 years of experience as a lead/senior designer or Team Lead;
- Proficient in Figma: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables; understanding of UI/UX and adaptability;
- Understanding of web development principles and preparing mockups for handover to developers;
- Proficient in After Effects at an intermediate level;
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote (PowerPoint);
- Skills in preparing mockups for print;
- Basic understanding of AI tools for working with visuals and creating KV;
- Ability to see design as part of the overall communication and business strategy.
