Tasks:
- Designing user-friendly and useful digital services
- Simplifying complex user scenarios
- Collaborating with business, development, and analysts
- Participating in research and hypothesis generation
- Defending concepts and solutions during reviews
- Working as part of a design team
Requirements:
- Experience in designing application interfaces for iOS and Android, knowledge of platform guidelines
- Proficient in Figma/Pixso
- Skills in working with design systems
- Experience in developing design concepts and solutions at all stages of the product lifecycle
- Skills in interpreting UX research results and improving interfaces based on the data obtained
- Ability to argue design decisions and present them to product/business/development
- Skills in working with Photoshop/Illustrator
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team
- Ability to independently plan time and be responsible for results
Conditions:
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (fixed-term)
- Hybrid work format in Moscow with office visits 1-2 times a week
- A test assignment is required
