for the BankingON product team. Work on two live products (Petra and Boucoup), support design requests, create wireframes and UI, participate in design reviews and mentorship from senior designers.
Tasks:
- Support product design for Petra and Boucoup
- Create wireframes, mockups, and polished UI under the guidance of senior designers
- Assist with Boucoup's design needs, including financial literacy video assets and UI
- Participate in internal Petra meetings, collaborate with developers and project managers
- Participate in feedback sessions and design reviews
- Work with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- Develop an understanding of the products and clients (credit unions, banks)
- Propose at least one idea or improvement per year for the development pipeline
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design (internships, bootcamp projects, or a strong portfolio)
- A portfolio demonstrating basic UI design skills (visual hierarchy, composition, typography, basic interaction) and some understanding of the UX process
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with project managers and developers
- Interest in the banking/fintech sector or willingness to learn quickly
- Collaborative attitude, readiness to receive feedback and grow
