Our company is developing an e-commerce platform with the ambition to create not just a website, but a holistic product balancing client and business needs. We have a dynamic environment: the Growth team, digital marketing, content department, and IT work together. We are currently forming a product office. We need a UX/UI Designer who will be the link between a hypothesis and its implementation in the interface.
Responsibilities:
- Designing user-friendly and effective interfaces for the website (web, mobile web), product cards, landing pages, and promotional pages.
- Participating in product hypotheses — together with the Growth team, product manager, and analyst.
- Creating prototypes and mockups (from wireframes to finished UI) to test and launch solutions.
- Working with metrics and analytics: identifying growth points in CJM, conducting A/B tests, improving UX based on data. All in collaboration with colleagues.
- Developing and supporting the design system in Figma, adding new components.
- Conducting design reviews and monitoring the implementation of mockups by developers.
- Collaborating with the content department (graphic designer, content managers) and IT (via PM) for accurate implementation.
- Maintaining visual integrity and a consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
What we expect:
- Work experience in a product team from 2 years.
- Mandatory experience in designing interfaces for online stores: catalog, filters, product card, cart, checkout, personal account.
- Deep understanding of UX patterns, CJM, user scenarios, and interface testing methodologies.
- High-level proficiency in Figma (components, autolayouts, styles, prototyping).
- Skills in working with design systems and adaptive layout principles.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and how web applications work.
- Experience integrating analytics into the design process (working with metrics, A/B tests).
- Ability to justify your decisions, work in a team, and adapt quickly.
- Desirable knowledge of web analytics principles.
How we work:
You will be in the product office, working closely with a Product Manager, Product (or Web) Analyst, and Growth Lead.
We build horizontal connections: the designer participates in discussions, not just receives tasks.
We offer:
- The opportunity to work on a large-scale e-commerce project.
- Work in a hybrid format after the probation period.
- A friendly team and professional development.
- Regular large-scale corporate events, creative contests, and valuable prizes.
- Corporate discounts on goods from the online hypermarket for you and your friends.
- NONTON is a partner of FC Zenit, so there are always free tickets for our employees to a separate box for home matches.
