We are looking for a product designer for the Sber team in Moscow. Here we are developing a large marketing management platform — 5 areas and 9 products. These are internal tools for marketers and contractors: media plans, budgets, creative approval, research, and much more. The design team already has 4 designers and a lead.
What you will be doing:
- Designing interfaces for complex products and processes.
- Finding solutions that genuinely simplify the work of internal teams.
- Creating prototypes to test hypotheses.
- As needed, creating and describing new components of the design system.
- Submitting your mockups for design review and checking the solutions of other designers.
- Conducting author's supervision of the development result and formulating a list of remarks for developers.
- Handing over mockups to developers and answering their questions during the development process.
- Working side-by-side with product managers, developers, and analysts.
- Thinking not only about tasks but also about user experience.
We expect you to:
- Have 3+ years of experience in product design (confirmed by cases from real products in your portfolio).
- Enjoy working with complex tables in interfaces, long forms, and dashboards.
- Be independent and autonomous: able to break down a large task into stages and control its execution, communicating with management and engineers.
- Be able and willing to delve into technically complex tasks, consider constraints, use cases, and business objectives.
- Know how to work in conditions of uncertainty (be able to independently find the focus of a task, formulate goals, and clarify information from stakeholders).
