About the product
We are building a Russian B2B SaaS platform for large enterprises and government customers. It is used for managing data, applications, assets, documents, and operational processes.
Who we are looking for
A Product UI/UX Designer at the Middle+ / Senior level. Someone who can break down business tasks and user behavior into clear scenarios and develop them into a functional interface.
This role is for those interested in diving deep into the subject matter, challenging task requirements when they seem questionable, and seeing a solution through to release — and then analyzing changes in metrics and feedback to iterate further.
What you will do
- Design new scenarios from scratch and enhance existing ones — for both web and mobile applications on iOS and Android.
- Create wireframes and prototypes, developing them into final mockups.
- Analyze user behavior together with the product team: interface usage data, support requests, feedback.
- Formulate UX hypotheses and test them — through interviews, usability tests, and product analytics. Iterate on designs based on results, not just intuition.
- Participate in defining metrics and analyzing data together with the product manager and analysts.
- Develop the design system: components, variants, application rules, and product consistency. Adapt and theme existing UI kits for the product's needs.
- Collaborate closely with the product manager, analysts, developers, and QA — from solution discussion to design review and acceptance of implemented functionality.
What is important
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Experience designing complex B2B and data-heavy interfaces.
- Proficient in Figma: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, and tokens, prototyping.
- Practical experience in UX research: interviews, usability testing, hypothesis validation.
- Understanding of product analytics and UX metrics — ability to read data and derive design insights.
- Experience with design systems at the development level, not just using ready-made ones.
Will be a plus
- Ability to independently formulate which events need to be tracked in analytics and interpret the results.
- Experience building a design system from scratch.
- Using AI tools in daily work — for prototyping, exploring options, and speeding up routine tasks.
