About the Company
KinoKadr is a web platform for specialists in film, advertising, music videos, and the creative industry. On the platform, specialists create portfolios and find projects, while producers and clients post vacancies and assemble teams.
We are currently preparing the MVP for a full launch and continue to actively refine the product based on user feedback.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer to become the main product designer on our team. We don't need a large design department; we need one self-sufficient person who can immerse themselves in the product, maintain the existing design system, and consistently improve the interface in collaboration with the founder and developers.
The main task is to develop the current interface: improve the UX of existing scenarios, design new features, and prepare clear mockups for development.
What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for someone who can not only create a beautiful screen but also understand why the user came to it, what they need to do, and how to shorten their path to the desired result.
What's Important
Confident proficiency in Figma, experience in designing web interfaces, understanding of UX, responsive design, components, and design systems. It's important to be able to independently understand tasks and propose solutions, rather than waiting for a fully completed brief for each screen.
Format
Remote, part-time – approximately 8–12 hours per week. Direct work with the product founder and developers.
Compensation: 50,000-70,000₽ per month, depending on experience and agreed scope of work.
