Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a designer with a strong visual foundation, attention to detail, and an understanding of business needs.
The primary focus of the role is web design and visual communications that help tell the story of our products and promote them in the market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing engaging designs for landing pages, website pages, and blog, emails, and other client communications.
- Clearly communicating the value and capabilities of iSpring products through design.
- Creating and adapting designs for different markets, considering regional specifics and audience characteristics.
- Working within the iSpring design system and maintaining a unified visual style for communications.
We expect you to have:
- Over 2 years of experience in web design, with a portfolio showcasing implemented landing pages, website pages, and other web projects.
- Experience as a designer in a product company.
- Proficiency in Figma: utilizing components, styles, and Auto Layout; ability to create responsive layouts and maintain organized files.
- A strong sense of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy, with the ability to clearly convey product essence and value through design.
- Ability to dive deep into tasks: asking clarifying questions to stakeholders, understanding the product, audience, and context.
- Independence, attention to detail, constructive engagement with feedback, and a focus on achieving strong results.
