Looking for a Web/UI Designer for our team

We are a digital studio REBRЯK design. We create modern websites for brands and businesses: landing pages, multi-page websites, e-commerce, and digital projects with a strong visual presentation.

It’s important for us to create the entire website: to think through the structure, concept, visual style, user scenario, and the final digital image of the brand.

We recently opened a web design department and are now looking for a Web/UI Designer to join our permanent team, who can not only work from a ready-made brief but also independently suggest ideas, develop concepts, and create website designs from scratch.

What you will do

— develop website structures and block logic;

— create visual concepts for the task and client’s style;

— design websites from scratch in Figma;

— create desktop and mobile versions;

— work with typography, grids, composition, and visual hierarchy;

— build a UI system: buttons, forms, cards, menus, catalogs, and other elements;

— work with references and mood boards;

— prepare mockups for handover to development;

— interact with the developer and check how the final implementation corresponds to the design;

— if necessary, work with graphics, AI visuals, and additional materials for the website

- if necessary, layout on Tilda and similar builders.

What is important to us

— web/UI design experience of 1 year or more;

— a portfolio with websites specifically;

— confident command of Figma;

— understanding of Auto Layout, components, and adaptive design;

— a good level of typography and composition;

— understanding of UX/UI and user scenarios;

— the ability not just to copy references, but to create your own visual solution;

— the ability to independently continue the design after the main concept is approved;

— responsibility and adherence to deadlines;

— readiness to work in a team and accept art direction and feedback normally.

Will be a plus:

— experience with e-commerce, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium projects;

— Photoshop / Illustrator;

— understanding of HTML/CSS principles and website development;

— work with AI tools;

— interest in modern web animation, interactivity, and non-standard digital solutions.

Who we are looking for

We need not just someone who can assemble neat screens in Figma.

It’s important that the designer can think, suggest solutions, and develop concepts.

Ideally, we want to reach a format where we can give the designer a task, structure, references, and general direction — and get a strong, independent result without constant control over every block.

— fixed salary from 30,000 ₽ + bonuses for projects and results;

— workload is discussed individually;

— work on real commercial projects;

— projects from landing pages to multi-page websites and e-commerce;
