Product Designer (Middle)

We are looking for a Middle-level product designer to join the team of our partner — a large HR platform used by over 300,000 users.

What needs to be done:

— Design user scenarios based on analytics, user needs, and business requirements;

— Work with components of a developed design system and participate in its further improvement;

— Analyze existing interfaces and scenarios and identify opportunities for optimization;

— Transform complex business processes into understandable and user-friendly scenarios;

— Interact with stakeholders, identify their needs, and propose optimal solutions;

— Present your solutions to the team and stakeholders, work with feedback, and refine concepts;

— Participate in author's supervision: compare the design with the implemented interface and ensure compliance of mockups and the product.

What we expect from our future colleague:

— 2+ years of experience in interface design;

— A portfolio with examples of implemented projects;

— Experience with complex or high-load interfaces will be a big plus;

— Proficient in Figma (the project uses an alternative — Pixso);

— Familiarity with Jira and Confluence;

— Ability to adapt desktop interfaces for mobile devices;

— Ability to justify design decisions and calmly work with feedback;

— Attention to detail and understanding of the principles of creating user-friendly interfaces.

Conditions

— Full-time;

— Remote work format;

— Salary from 65,000 to 100,000₽;

— Rate 400-650 rub/hour;

— Long-term project, initial term — until the end of 2026 with the possibility of extension.
