BotConversa is a platform for automating communication on WhatsApp. It allows creating and managing chatbots that can automatically handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and even sales. We are looking for a product designer with at least 2 years of experience to help us create user-friendly and beautiful web interfaces for the whole world. If you know how to make the user experience intuitive and attractive, can work in Figma, and have a cool portfolio, we'll be happy to see you in our team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an interface designer.
- Understanding of design principles and experience with web platforms.
- Ability to solve problems from the discovery phase to achieving a result you are proud of.
- High proficiency in Figma.
- Portfolio with examples of your work.
Responsibilities
- Study best practices and shortcomings of similar products, go through the customer journey, and formulate hypotheses for problem-solving with the team.
- Create prototypes and be ready to test them.
- Work with developers and managers on the project.
- Develop and improve UX/UI for our web products.
- Conduct design reviews of development results and formulate a list of comments for developers.
- Create and describe new design system components.
