Responsibilities: — Designing interfaces with a high density of data — Participating in the development of the design system (a dedicated designer is responsible for it) — Enhancing UX: creating convenient and emotionally engaging interfaces — Working closely with product and development — everyone here speaks the same language

Expectations: — 3+ years in product development — Strong visual and system thinking. — Figma, Design Systems, CJM, JTBD — your toolkit — Understanding of UX and human behavior — Ability to argue, not to "push through", but to convince
