Role Mission
Design product features that drive conversion and revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Design features and screens — onboarding, paywall, and core UX
- Own solutions end-to-end, not just execute on briefs
- Analyze competitors and propose best-in-class UX solutions
- Collaborate with the Head of Product on product hypotheses
- Prepare designs for A/B tests — fast, without compromising quality
- Hand off designs to developers and validate implementation
- Iterate quickly, including with the help of AI tools
- Maintain and evolve the design system and component library
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience, including at least 2 years in mobile apps
- Strong Figma skills — components, auto layout, prototyping
- Experience with conversion-focused screens — paywalls, onboarding, trial flows
- Understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and mobile UX patterns
- High level of ownership — able to set priorities and work independently
- Strong visual taste in Self-Care, Health, and Lifestyle apps
- Understanding of key metrics — conversion, retention, and how design impacts them
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI products or personalized interfaces
- Ability to create motion prototypes or deliver animations via Lottie
- Experience with subscription-based apps in the US market
