UI/UX / Product Designer (Middle)

We are looking for a Middle Designer for an international Web3 project — a freelance platform and ecosystem based on cryptocurrency (no commissions for users, stack: Node.js, Next.js, MUI). This is a solo role: there is currently no designer in the company, you will need to build the visual part from scratch and influence the product. Responsibilities: • Design product landing pages, interfaces, and creatives for new features (admin panel, chats, order business logic). • Work with design systems and create a unified brand system. • Create strong advertising banners, graphics for marketplaces, infographics, and presentations. • Work with illustrations, visual metaphors, and motion graphics. • Visualize complex topics: AI, escrow, SWGT, and USDT. Requirements: • Experience with design systems and a strong portfolio. • Proficient in Figma. • Experience with Claude Design will be a plus. • Knowledge of English is not required. Conditions: • Format: Remote (Belarus), rare meetings with the manager 1-2 times a month for a couple of hours. • Salary: equivalent of 1500 USD net. • Processes: Flexible sick leave by agreement, a strong team of 7-8 people on the project (Fullstack, Front, Back, PM, Arch, DevOps, QA, BA). MVP launch is scheduled for the end of March.
