Product designer at AdGuard — a company developing products for protection against internet advertising, tracking, and phishing. Work on desktop, mobile, and web applications, develop a design system, and test product hypotheses.
Responsibilities:
- Develop designs for desktop, mobile, and web applications
- Maintain and develop the company's design system
- Formulate product hypotheses and test them in practice
- Improve existing features and create new ones based on quantitative and qualitative data
- Control design implementation, conduct design reviews
- Work in a team with product managers, other designers, UX writers, and developers
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience as a product designer
- Excellent visual skills, confirmed by a portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma: AutoLayout, components, and modern platform features
- Ability to meticulously design flows, interface logic, and assemble clickable interactive prototypes
- Understanding of web and mobile platform limitations, knowledge of Google and Apple guidelines
- Experience in UI/UX design for complex IT products
- Ability to defend your decisions, argue, and accept others' arguments
