We are an international brand that currently operates in 7 countries, offers 150+ products (dietary supplements, cosmetics, home goods), and is actively strengthening its market position.
We are now looking for a Product UI/UX Designer to help develop EWA's digital products, create user-friendly interfaces, and turn ideas into ready-to-implement solutions for the development team. What you will be doing:
- Designing interfaces and user scenarios for the website, personal account, iOS and Android mobile apps, admin panel, and other EWA digital products;
- Creating prototypes and mockups that help align decisions with the team;
- Developing a unified design system for all products, maintaining components, and ensuring their relevance in Figma;
- Conceiving all interface states: adaptives, empty screens, errors, and other interaction scenarios;
- Considering the specifics of iOS and Android mobile platforms, as well as the adaptive web version;
- Handing over completed mockups to developers, discussing solutions, and estimating tasks together with the team;
- Verifying how mockups are implemented on the website and in the apps, identifying shortcomings, and providing feedback to developers;
- Analyzing user behavior using Yandex.Metrika and Webvisor, participating in interviews with users and partners;
- Proposing improvements to key scenarios: catalog, shopping cart, order placement, and personal account;
- Working with multiple products and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing together with the Team Lead;
- Considering interface specifics across 8 languages, including long texts and different formats.
What is very important to us:
- Product design experience from 3 years;
- A portfolio with real case studies of web interfaces and mobile applications;
- Proficient in Figma, including working with components, Auto Layout, Variants, and Variables;
- Experience in designing adaptive web interfaces and mobile applications;
- Understanding of HIG and Material Design principles;
- Ability to create prototypes and design user scenarios;
- Understanding of frontend development limitations and the ability to prepare mockups for implementation;
- Ability to independently manage a task from its inception to the verification of the finished interface;
- Attention to detail and the ability to justify your decisions.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, fintech, or services with a personal account;
- Experience working with multiple digital products simultaneously;
- Experience conducting user interviews and improving conversion based on data;
- Experience developing a design system for web and mobile applications.
