Who are we looking for?

Responsibilities:
- Developing application concepts based on business objectives;
- Designing user interfaces;
- Designing websites, portals, logos, and mobile applications from task definition and idea formulation to layouts ready for development.
Skills:
We need someone who doesn't just create a pretty picture, but also delves into the product's logic and works based on that.
- Experience with a component-based approach in Figma (AutoLayout, Variables, Components, Variants);
- Ability to maintain and develop a design system / UI-kit for a project;
- Ability to design user scenarios (User Flows, Wireframes) before moving to final UI design;
- Knowledge of mobile platform guidelines (iOS and Android);
- Understanding of web layout principles (HTML/CSS, Flexbox/Grid, adaptability);
- Ability to work with the code inspector (DevTools);
- Ability to conduct design-level research, understand analytics, build hypotheses, justify ideas, and be open to others' ideas;
- Work quickly and attentively.
Conditions:
- Remote work, via Bitrix24;
- Market-rate compensation + salary review based on market trends and professional achievements;
- Employment: Full-time (or Part-time from 20-30 hours per week). Hourly pay (from 450 RUB/hour) with transparent task tracking. Full-time employment is planned for the first 3 months. Sometimes, part-time employment also occurs;
- Friendly and professional team;
- Decision on hiring is made only after a test assignment;
- Civil Law Contract (GPK) employment.
Will be a plus:
- Basic skills in raster and vector graphics (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content preparation;
- UI;
- UX;
- Research of consumer preferences;
- Design Thinking.
