We understand the value of good design for the user and are now looking for two designers who will be responsible for the analytics direction and for the development of the segment for booking appointments with dentists and for dental services on our website and in the app.

Responsibilities and tasks:

— Develop and improve the current user flow on the website: from the analytics showcase to cart payment and booking;

— Develop and improve the current user flow on the website: displaying dentists, displaying dental services, filters, cart, booking, and payment;

— Develop marketing tools within the product: banners, landing pages, new micro- and macro-services;

— Prepare mockups for conducting A/B tests;

— Work on maintaining feature synchronization between the website and the app;

— Work on user acquisition and retention;

— Work within the design system.

Required technical skills:

— Product experience, scalable for both web and mobile applications;

— Studio experience with visuals is a plus;

— Ability to create a simple and understandable interface from a large amount of data;

— Excellent Figma skills;

— Strong UI;

— Understanding of the user metrics tree and how they can be influenced through the interface;

— Experience in research and applying analytics tools for decision-making;

— System thinking and product vision, broad awareness;

— Experience with neural networks will be a plus.
