Hi! I'm Dima, and I'm in charge of product design at Profi.ru.
Our service helps clients find professionals for any task, and specialists — to earn money from what they know and love to do. Every day, thousands of specialists use our service as one of their main sources of work. Therefore, everything we do in the product directly affects their income, trust in the service, and desire to stay with us.
We are currently strengthening two teams that are responsible for the specialist experience. One develops monetization: subscriptions, business models, and tools that help specialists earn more effectively. The second is launching a new direction — "Platform Economy." Here, we need to come up with how to comply with government requirements so that the specialist doesn't feel another bureaucratic obligation, but receives a clear, useful, and honest product.
You will become a design partner for both teams: you will participate in finding solutions with product managers, researchers, and developers, help make product decisions, and be responsible for the user experience in both directions.

What you will do
In the first three months
- Immerse yourself in the specialist experience and become a full design partner for the team.
- Launch the first version of "Platform Economy" scenarios: collecting INN, employment type information, and cash register data.
- Research the behavior and needs of specialists in new regulatory scenarios to find solutions that will be useful to users and simultaneously meet legal requirements.
In the next six months to a year
- Develop scenarios related to government regulation: access restrictions, status confirmation, compliance with legal requirements.
- Reimagine the specialist monetization experience: develop subscriptions, design performance statistics, and help users see the real economics of their work on Profi.ru.
- Work on an AI assistant that helps specialists get more relevant orders, improve their profile, and work more effectively with the service.
In the future
- Design a new partner model where the service can take on part of the deal journey and act on behalf of the specialist.
- Create interfaces for the AI agent: configure its behavior, explain decisions made to the user, and design a completely new user experience.
What you need to join us
- At least five years of product design experience. You know how to work in conditions of high uncertainty, independently find problems, and make decisions without detailed technical specifications.
- Experience designing complex products. You have had to work with constraints — legal, technical, regulatory, or otherwise, where you cannot simply choose the most aesthetically pleasing scenario.
- Product thinking. You understand how design affects conversion, retention, user trust, and business results.
- Proactivity. You don't wait for tasks to be assigned but propose solutions, can argue your position, and take responsibility for the result.
- User empathy. You see a living person behind mandatory requirements and can make even a complex scenario understandable and useful.
- Calmness and resilience. You are comfortable in an environment where requirements change, and complex tasks require time to find a truly good solution.
