Title: Digital Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can design complex B2B/B2B2C products at the intersection of: AI, analytics, finance, data visualization, decision-making systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end UX for an AI/data-driven product from scratch (Web, Mobile web)
- Create interfaces for insights, analytics, and recommendations
- Work with AI-first scenarios, design user-friendly dashboards
- Simplify complex financial and analytical data
- Collaborate closely with product managers, ML/data teams, and development
- Develop UX approaches for a new class of AI tools
- Research user behavior: formulate hypotheses, validate with PO, prepare prototypes
- Interact with development, accompany design implementation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design
- Experience with complex digital products
- Strong UX/system thinking
- Experience designing data-heavy interfaces
- Ability to work with analytics, dashboards, tables, complex entities
- Understanding of AI/ML product principles is a plus
- Systemic and critical thinking, ability to design complex scenarios with multiple conditions;
- Product-oriented approach to problem-solving, validating solutions through research;
- Independence and interest in delving into the product and solving complex problems;
- Teamwork skills: listening, providing constructive feedback, arguing decisions
- Self-organization (control deadlines, time planning);
- Broad awareness and understanding of modern design trends (composition, typography, animation, product presentation);
- Black belt in Figma

- Experience in fintech / SaaS / AI products
- Experience with BI/data visualization
- Skill in conducting research and JTBD interviews
- Understanding of product analytics and metrics
