Tasks:
- Develop product solutions and defend them before the team
- Create and improve user scenarios and features
- Conduct a full design review of functionality before release
- Apply UX research to design solutions
- Interact with your product team and other teams
- Communicate with product managers, developers, testers, analysts, UX writers, and business
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in product design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and switch between tasks of different scales
- Ability to analyze user experience and advocate for improvements
- Knowledge and understanding of product metrics
- Understanding of product design approaches
- Creative and systematic thinking
- Ability to listen to project participants and find common ground
- Ability to reasonably defend one's own opinion
