Junior Digital Product and Brand Designer

Kosmos Laboratory is a Russian startup creating unique products for children and adults at the intersection of the latest technologies, education, and art. Our portfolio includes 2 products: the robot for children's education "Kaspersky" and the multifunctional light and sound panel for home "Sveta".

We are looking for a young designer with good visual taste to join our team, who will shape the appearance of our products and brand with us.

Extensive experience and a commercial portfolio are not required. We value the ability to see beauty, learn quickly, propose ideas, and work meticulously with details much more.

What you will be doing — Designing and decorating mobile application interfaces; — Working on interfaces for Kosmos Laboratory's digital products; — Creating and developing the corporate website; — Forming the company's visual identity together with the founder; — Participating in the creation of a brand book and design system; — Creating product presentations for potential clients; — Gathering references, mood boards, and proposing different visual directions; — Preparing clear and neat mockups for developers.

What is important to us — Confident basic work in Figma; — A sense of taste, composition, color, and typography; — Ability to maintain order in mockups: components, styles, Auto Layout; — Ability to quickly create multiple solution variants; — Attention to detail; — Willingness to receive direct feedback and promptly refine results; — Interest in technologies, education, art, and the creation of new products; — Desire to grow not only as an executor but also as a co-author of the brand's visual system.

Will be an advantage — Skills in working with Illustrator and Photoshop; — Ability to build websites on Tilda, Framer, or similar platforms; — Basic skills in motion design and interface animation; — Experience in creating presentations; — Use of AI tools for idea generation and work acceleration; — Understanding of UX principles and user scenarios.
