We are Dau Relationship Marketing, and we turn a client base into a business's main asset. Our mission is to find hidden potential in data and launch targeted CRM strategies that bring real profit.
Why are we cool?
- We work with market leaders. Our experience is proven by giants such as AGR, Tele2, Haleon, and L'Oreal.
- We create systems, not just launch newsletters. From deep audits and strategy to implementing loyalty programs and complex analytical platforms – we build a holistic customer relationship ecosystem.
- We are at the forefront of technology and data. Our work is a mix of deep analytics, creative mechanics, and communication automation across key channels: email, SMS, messengers.
We are now looking for a strong Digital Designer who is equally comfortable in web and marketing communications.
Important: this is not a graphic designer position, nor a pure UI/UX designer position. We need a specialist who can create effective digital communications and understands how the modern web works.
About the Role
The main part of the work involves creating visual concepts for CRM and digital campaigns for large brands, and then developing them into a system of materials: banners, email communications, landing pages, promo pages, articles, and content special projects.
We need a designer who can not just neatly format existing materials, but independently find a strong visual idea, create a key image, and build holistic communication around it.
This is not a position where the main task is to find a suitable stock photo, put text on it, and adapt the resulting layout for several sizes. We expect the ability to create original, expressive, and memorable solutions: working with metaphor, visual dramaturgy, art direction, composition, and style.
The ability to create strong visual concepts is an essential requirement. Without supporting portfolio work, we will not be able to consider the candidate.
Projects also include client portals, interface components, and design systems, however, this is not a classic product position. There is no constant work on a single digital product, product research, or UX hypothesis testing as the primary process.
Approximate task distribution:
- 60% — development of visual concepts, CRM and digital communications;
- 30% — landing pages, promo pages, articles, and content special projects;
- 10% — client portals, interface components, and design systems.
What You'll Be Doing
- Inventing bright and creative visual concepts for digital campaigns of major brands.
- Finding a visual idea based on the brief, brand tasks, and audience characteristics.
- Creating key visual campaign images from scratch.
- Developing the concept into a holistic system of materials and maintaining its expressiveness across all formats.
- Performing visual art direction for own projects.
- Creating series of banners and communication materials for various channels.
- Designing and formatting email communications, articles, content pages, and special projects.
- Developing designs for landing pages and promo pages.
- Creating and refining commercial graphics using generative AI.
- Working with typography, graphics, photography, collages, 3D, and AI images depending on the task.
- Working within the brand books of Russian and international companies, without losing creativity and expressiveness of solutions.
- Utilizing existing design systems and creating new components when necessary.
- Independently managing design tasks from receiving the brief and finding an idea to preparing final materials.
What's Important to Us
- 3+ years of commercial experience in digital, communication, or web design.
- Proven experience in developing original visual concepts for digital and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to independently go from brief and initial ideas to key visuals and a series of ready-made materials.
- Capacity to create solutions that are not only aesthetic but also emotionally expressive, recognizable, and memorable.
- Ability to work with visual metaphors, style, rhythm, scale, contrast, and dramaturgy.
- Broad vision and the ability to find solutions that do not appear template-based or derivative.
- Proficient in Figma: components, variants, Auto Layout, libraries, and preparing layouts for development.
- Portfolio featuring banner series, promo campaigns, landing pages, content pages, email communications, or digital special projects.
- Strong skills in composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Understanding of adaptive design principles and web development constraints.
- Ability to work according to brand guidelines and maintain brand recognition across different formats.
- Independence, attention to detail, and responsibility for the final result.
AI Graphics — A Mandatory Skill
Generative AI is part of our daily production process, so we need a specialist with practical, not just introductory, experience.
For us, AI is not a way to quickly get a random beautiful image. It's a tool for implementing a complete visual concept. The designer must control the outcome: understand what image is needed, maintain style, select successful solutions, and bring materials to commercial quality.
It is important to be able to:
- work with Midjourney, ChatGPT Images, or comparable tools;
- refine photos, stock images, and client materials;
- control composition, perspective, lighting, materials, and detail;
- assess the quality of the result and independently bring the image to a commercial level.
In your portfolio or a separate selection, we will ask to see examples of practical use of AI graphics.
Will Be a Plus
- Agency experience or experience working with multiple brands simultaneously.
- Project experience for pharmaceutical, FMCG, or telecom companies.
- Experience creating email communications and knowledge of email layout limitations.
- Basic motion design skills.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and principles of handing off mockups to development.
- Experience with CRM, loyalty, or personalized communications.
Who This Position Is Not For
- Designers who primarily know how to select ready-made images from stock sites, add text, and create typical banners based on them.
- Candidates whose portfolios lack independently developed visual concepts.
- Product designers who primarily want to focus on research, complex user scenarios, and the continuous development of a single product.
What We Offer
- Projects for international brands and large federal companies.
- Remote work format.
- Schedule from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time.
- Opportunity to work from an office or coworking space in Moscow.
- Competitive salary, discussed based on interview results.
