Lead Product Designer for Avito Work
About the team:
We are creating Avito Work — a new service where people find shifts without resumes or interviews, and payment is received the next day through Avito. We are making part-time work predictable, reliable, and accessible to a large audience.
Your tasks will include:
- working on scenarios for the user's first contact with Avito Work, creating a seamless experience for starting a shift;
- creating concepts and seeing them through to implementation. Proposing bold ideas, influencing the product through design initiatives;
- developing the product across all platforms (website, iOS and Android apps), being responsible for the entire process of creating interface solutions;
- participating in the organization of processes within the design team, developing design culture;
- collaborating with the team to communicate with users and integrate research into the design process: conducting hallway tests, in-depth interviews, A/B tests, and any others that help understand user needs and problems;
- conducting design reviews and mentoring designers;
- collaborating with developers, analysts, product managers, illustrators, UX writers, the design team, and marketers.
We expect you to have:
- at least 5 years of product experience;
- experience in continuous product improvement and solving complex problems;
- a great visual sense, which you can demonstrate through your strong portfolio;
- experience in establishing design processes and design culture;
- worked with research on real projects and know how to validate interface solutions;
- worked with native applications and the web;
- be independent;
- pay attention to your texts and language;
- be ready to take responsibility for your decisions and work.
