Lead UX/UI Designer

Required experience: 3 to 6 years Full-time, 5/2, remote work Industry: e-commerce

Moscow, BC "Bruce Premier office", Bryusov per., 2/14, bldg. 9 (m. Biblioteka im. Lenina)

You will be working in the product design department, where the team is involved in product development, creating new features, and improving functionality within the ecom domain.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Team Lead:

1. Manage a team of 3-5 designers (1:1 meetings, design reviews, competency assessment and development)
2. Review the results of your team's work (assess timelines and task completion)
3. Support and improve interaction between designers, product managers, and other team members
4. Adhere to product design processes adopted by the department
5. Search for tools to improve the team's skill set

As a Designer:

1. Design complex Web and App interfaces for Zolotoy Yabloko services
2. Develop user scenarios based on business processes
3. Formulate hypotheses and conduct research
4. Develop visual elements, icons, and typography, considering the aesthetic principles and style of Zolotoy Yabloko products
5. Create clickable prototypes and interface animations
6. Develop the design system

6. Ability to work in a multitasking environment with tight deadlines
7. Ability to create animated prototypes (Principle, Adobe After Effects) will be your advantage
