UI/UX Designer

Tensor is an accredited IT company: over 100 sales branches, 11 development centers, 7000 employees, 10000 partners across the country. Our main product, Saby, unites people and companies, management and accounting systems, business processes, and documents into a single system. Every second company in Russia is our client.

We know that the most important asset of a program is its code, which the user doesn't see, but the interface is always in front of them.

Therefore, we need someone who can correctly select fonts, notice any extraneous pixel, see which control element is missing from the menu, and arrange the screen content so that it is understandable and perceived correctly.

What do we want to see in the end? Functionally user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

Of course, in order for them to truly be that way, you must not only have a sense of taste but also a very clear understanding of the program's logic as a whole and the purpose of each individual button in particular, and ideally, be able to anticipate the user's desires and needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• developing the interface for the Saby product;
• creating interface prototypes;
• close communication with the development team;
• consulting developers on your subject area.

We expect from you:

• a higher technical education;
• knowledge of graphic software;
• a sense of taste, an understanding of interface harmony;
• the ability to "push through" assigned tasks;
• experience in creating interface prototypes.

Will be a plus:

• experience working in Axure.

We offer:

• interesting work in a large and stable IT company;
• salary depending on qualifications and level of responsibility;
• employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
• bonuses from 5 to 20% based on monthly performance;
• opportunities for professional and career growth;
• a friendly, fun, young team;
• joint corporate holidays, sports events, and foreign language courses.
