Head of Product Design Team in Logistics
About the team:
We are developing Delivery at Avito – making delivery convenient, expanding delivery geography, and ensuring that goods are delivered intact and unharmed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of designers – providing art direction for solutions, setting up effective processes, and developing each team member;
- Being a player-coach, possessing excellent visual awareness, strong visual skills, and the ability to work quickly hands-on;
- Building effective interaction between design, product, business, and engineering teams;
- Formulating a vision and working on product strategy, identifying areas for UX and UI improvement, and being able to implement them in production.
We expect you to have:
- Experience managing designers (3+ years) and an understanding of interface development processes;
- The ability to build product strategy and find solutions that impact business metrics;
- A deep understanding of UX/UI and the ability to design user-friendly services;
- A results-oriented approach, the ability to prioritize tasks, and justify decisions.
