Product Design Lead B2C
Hi! We are looking for a Product Design Lead for our core B2C product. It's a mobile application on two platforms, as well as desktop and mobile online versions. We need a player-coach: an experienced product designer and design manager in one person, responsible for the baseline quality and development of core scenarios: selection and обращения.

What will you be doing?
- Together with the team, ensure design delivery in streams: search, selection, UGC, advertising, baseline quality.
- Design and deliver tasks personally and review designers' work.
- Concepts and redesign.
- Develop: design discovery, research and decision-making, intensives for current products.
- Lead and improve regular processes, manage, develop, and expand your team.
- Actively participate in the next steps with the current design system.
- Visible balance: designer/manager — 50/50.

- 5+ years of experience with a mobile product.
- Experience working on a B2C product.
- Team management experience of 2+ years.
- Proactive attitude and readiness to take responsibility for the outcome.
- Communication on the same wavelength.
- Confident work with composition, layout, typography.
- Systemic approach in design and layouts.
- Ability to listen and articulate.
- Attention to detail.
