Lead Designer at Kinopoisk

Lead Designer at Kinopoisk

📍 Moscow / Saint Petersburg, hybrid format

This is a role at the intersection of product and communications. It will be a great fit for those with a background in graphic design who pay great attention to visuals.

You will need to come up with ways to make partner integrations native and useful, and turn a film or series into an event. You need to think about the user journey, understand the limitations of a large service, and at the same time find an idea, a hook, a tone, a visual language, and a presentation format.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has five or more years of experience in product design for B2C products.
• Understands the difference between advertising and a native scenario. Does not just place a banner but comes up with new formats and mechanics with value for users. Understands the specifics of the growth domain.
• Can think holistically: mechanics + visual packaging + user journey. All of this works as a unified story.
• Understands the limitations of a large product and knows how to work with them.
• Has a feel for tone, context, brand, and the moment of presentation.
• Is ready to share implemented cases.

Kinopoisk has an incredible team of professionals.
