• Understands the difference between advertising and a native scenario. Does not just place a banner but comes up with new formats and mechanics with value for users. Understands the specifics of the growth domain.
• Can think holistically: mechanics + visual packaging + user journey. All of this works as a unified story.
• Understands the limitations of a large product and knows how to work with them.
• Has a feel for tone, context, brand, and the moment of presentation.
• Is ready to share implemented cases.
