About the Tasks
We have quite a few tasks. Each type of transport, and we have more than 14 of them already (cars, bicycles, public transport, carsharing, taxis, etc.), is unique in its own way. We strive to develop the product evenly, paying attention to each direction. It is important for us that designers not only test UX hypotheses and create convenient interfaces, but also personally experience urban scenarios with the product in hand: get behind the wheel and notice a problem, stand at a bus stop and check the schedule accuracy, ride with bike navigation instead of on a day off — and then extract the soul from the product to make it truly convenient.
We are looking for a designer with at least 4 years of experience in successfully solving product tasks for mobile applications. Experience with mapping and transport products (taxis, carsharing, metro, urban transport) is highly desirable.
What You Will Do
- Work with dynamic interfaces and an atomic design system.
- Study not only the habits and specifics of users who use transport, but also understand the structure of transport systems in cities.
- Together with product managers, design and test transport UX flows.
- Create and constantly test hypotheses in the real world — we spend part of our working time driving, walking, or riding around the city streets on public transport or scooters.
- Document the results in mockups and develop our design system.
- Work with the map and improve the graphical representation of transport in the product.
- Be prepared for field research with the team in other cities.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, developers, product marketers, and analysts.
What We Expect From You
- At least 5 years of experience working in a product team on mobile applications.
- Experience with a B2C product.
- Experience with design systems.
- Interest in prototypes and the ability to quickly assemble them.
- Interest in transport systems.
- Clear communication and the ability to listen.
- Ability to work independently in a distributed team.
- Experience with maps and transport applications — will be a plus.
Please attach a portfolio to your resume — it is important for us to see your projects in action with specific results and proven product success.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to create a product that impacts millions of users.
- Space for experimentation: we are for constructive dialogue and trying out decisions. The main thing is to draw conclusions in time and not repeat mistakes.
- A team that thinks about the product, values depth, and supports initiative.
- Format freedom: office, remote, or hybrid — whatever is convenient for you.
- Everything you need for professional growth: training, community, experience exchange.
- Voluntary medical insurance, equipment, proper processes — everything to be able to work and enjoy what you create.
