Responsibilities

• Design and develop advertising formats for Zen
• Think through user scenarios for interacting with advertising, maintaining a balance between advertising effectiveness and user comfort
• Develop and maintain a library of advertising components
• Manage tasks from research and hypothesis generation to handover for development and implementation support
• Write specifications for the work done for development
• Work closely with the product team, design team, and your lead

Requirements

• You have at least three years of experience in product design
• Include your portfolio with your cover letter
• Use Figma for rapid prototyping and creating animations
• Understand the product development process and can effectively interact with product managers and developers
• Can listen and hear, negotiate, and defend your point of view with arguments
• Pay attention to details, microinteractions, and animations
• Have experience developing features from idea to launch in large products
