Grade: Middle+|Senior
Rate: from 272K to 300K
Citizenship/Location: Russian Federation

✅ Requirements:
- Work experience in the position for 3+ years;
- High level of proficiency in Figma and its internal functions (auto layout, variables, component and variant creation);
- Excellent knowledge of Ant Design patterns and component library (understanding the principles of reusing and customizing ready-made UI components;
- Work with a design system, adapting components to product needs;
- Systemic and critical thinking: ability to design complex scenarios with multiple conditions, skill in building CJM and User Flow for enterprise solutions;
- Experience in conducting research and interviewing a highly specialized audience (subject matter experts);
- Product approach to problem-solving, validating solutions through research;
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and the principles of component-based web development (React), ability to communicate with frontend developers in the same language;
- Knowledge of guidelines and rules for web layout;
- Ability to provide feedback in general designer meetings;
- Ability to present tasks and convey business requirements to development
🍀 Will be a plus:
- Experience in designing fintech products, budgeting systems, IFRS, or corporate business analytics platforms;
- Experience with complex high-load systems and microservice architecture;
- Skill in working with product metrics and analytics systems in the B2B segment.
📆 Task composition:
- Designing mockups and developing user scenarios for a web application;
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative research: formulating hypotheses, validating with software, preparing prototypes;
- Forming a backlog for UX/UI improvement based on feedback from users and business clients;
- Interaction with the development team and analysts: presenting tasks, handing over mockups for development considering the technical limitations of the stack, conducting design reviews of implementation;
- Systemic development and adaptation of the project's design system based on Ant Design components for the needs of a financial holding.
