What you will be doing:

• Before starting work on a digital product, clarify with the Product Owner and together with them: business metrics, needs of the bank's clients and record them in the format of a task and success metrics.
• Study best practices and shortcomings of similar products, go through the client journey and formulate hypotheses for solving problems together with the product team.
• Create prototypes to test hypotheses.
• Hand over prototypes for usability tests and observe their execution.
• Improve solutions based on test results and observations.
• Prepare final mockups based on the components of the Alfa-Bank design system for handover to development.
• If necessary, create and describe new design system components according to the standards adopted by the bank.
• Submit mockups for design check and review other designers' solutions.
• Hand over mockups to developers and answer their questions during development.
• Conduct design reviews of the development results and formulate a list of remarks for developers.
• Iteratively improve the design of the digital product based on metrics and client feedback.
• Participate in improving the processes of the product design team.

• Proficiency in user scenario and interface design methods.
• Knowledge of research methods for hypothesis testing.
• Ability to manage user attention using typography, composition, color, animation, and provide evidence of this in your portfolio.
• Ability to present your solutions with arguments and work with feedback.
• Proactivity and independence.
