Product designer for a bank to work on complex and large-scale projects. Creating consistent interfaces, working with a design system, conducting research and design reviews.
Tasks:
- Collect and analyze product metrics and business requirements, identify product issues, and propose hypotheses for their solutions
- Create consistent interfaces and prototypes using the design system and described patterns
- Defend your solutions to the team, design lead, and business
- Conduct design reviews and fix shortcomings with developers
- Initiate and conduct refactoring of existing design solutions
- Participate in design sprints and collaborations with designers from other product teams
- Prepare for research in conjunction with the UX laboratory and be guided by research results in your decisions
- Monitor updates in the design system and patterns, and apply them in a timely manner during design
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in product design, level not lower than Middle+
- Independence and proactivity, ability to find the necessary data to solve tasks
- Ability to handle complex tasks and services (experience with banking products is a plus)
- Ability to ask the questions "Why?", "For whom?", and "Why?"
- When designing, create several options, choose the best one
- Attention to detail, ability to identify bottlenecks and logical issues, without forgetting about aesthetics, UI, and clarity of texts
- Ability to argue decisions, listen and accept feedback
- Ability to independently understand documentation and appreciate its value
- Desire to create complex innovative products and influence the business
