⚠️Requirements:
- Citizenship and location: Russian Federation.
- Experience in product design of complex digital products. Confident UX design of multi-step scenarios, roles, and states. High-quality UI and attention to detail. Experience with PIXSO and design systems. Ability to argue decisions, work with feedback, negotiate with product, business, and development teams. Understanding of the handoff process and quality control of implementation.
- Experience with B2B, enterprise, or financial products will be an advantage. Regular use of AI tools in work is important: task analysis, variant generation, text and documentation preparation, prototyping, solution verification. Independence, structure, ability to work under uncertainty, and willingness to delve into a complex subject area are required.
✅Responsibilities:
- Designing user scenarios and interfaces for complex B2B products. Analysis of tasks, user roles, data, and constraints. Preparation of prototypes, mockups, specifications, and materials for development. Working with the design system, participating in design reviews, quality control of implementation. Interaction with PMs, analysts, developers, business stakeholders, and other designers. Using AI tools for analysis, variant generation, preparation of texts, documentation, and prototyping.

Salary range up to 250k rubles net.
