Digital Product Designer (Investments)

Work format: remote within Russia
Project: We are looking for someone who will be responsible for the client journey in the trading terminal.
Salary: 250,000 - 350,000 RUB
The team expects you to have:
- Experience in designing trading terminals (investments, crypto) or personal experience with investments.
- Experience in designing complex product interfaces (web, high-load, data-heavy);
- Practical experience in conducting research (qualitative and quantitative) and using its results in work;
- Experience in hypothesis generation;
- Experience in making data-driven decisions: ability to set success criteria, analyze product metrics, and link interface changes to business results;
- Work with design systems at the system level: not only use them but also develop them, understanding their impact on development speed and product consistency;
- Ability to defend decisions through argumentation (data, research, business goals) and take leadership in a product team;
- Proficiency in JIRA / Confluence / Notion.
Important:
- Willingness to provide a portfolio.
- Willingness to complete a test task and undergo a whiteboarding session.
