Product Designer
Position — Product Designer, Middle and above

Requirements:
- Citizenship and location: Russian Federation.
- Experience in product design for complex digital products. Confident UX design of multi-step scenarios, roles, and states. High-quality UI and attention to detail. Experience with PIXSO and design systems. Ability to justify decisions, work with feedback, negotiate with product, business, and development teams. Understanding of the handoff process and quality control of implementation.
- Experience with B2B, enterprise, or financial products will be an advantage. Regular use of AI tools in work is important: task analysis, variant generation, preparation of texts and documentation, prototyping, solution verification. Independence, structure, ability to work in conditions of uncertainty, and readiness to delve into complex subject areas are required.
Responsibilities:
- Design user scenarios and interfaces for complex B2B products. Analysis of tasks, user roles, data, and constraints. Preparation of prototypes, mockups, specifications, and materials for development. Work with the design system, participation in design reviews, quality control of implementation. Interaction with PMs, analysts, developers, business clients, and other designers. Use of AI tools for analysis, variant generation, preparation of texts, documentation, and prototyping.
Conditions:

- Salary range up to 250,000 rubles net.
