Description

T-Bank is about ambitious IT projects and high-load systems: from a mobile bank and cloud call center to investment platforms and ML products.

We have many client and internal products that need a dedicated designer:

— Financial services: we are responsible for the main screen of the mobile application and all money-related services.

— T-Investments: we devise ways to convey the benefits of financial instruments to clients and explain complex professional terms.

— Internal services: we help develop tools for specialists at T-Bank and beyond.

— City: we created a space where the bank's lifestyle services live and operate. With their help, you can refuel your car, order grocery or flower delivery, buy tickets to the theater, cinema, or an exhibition.

We are looking for experienced product designers who want not just to draw, but to research and identify user and business needs. Our designers love what they do, influence the product on par with the product team, and shape its vision. You will be working alongside similarly passionate individuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop product solutions and defend them to the team
• Create and improve user scenarios and features
• Conduct full design reviews of functionality before release
• Apply UX research to design the best outcomes
• Interact not only with your product team but also with others
• Communicate with product managers, developers, testers, analysts, UX writers, and business representatives

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of experience in product design
• You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and easily switch between tasks of different scales
• You can analyze user experience and, based on the analysis, propose, defend, and implement improvements
• You know and understand product metrics
• You understand and can apply product approaches to design
• You possess creative and systematic thinking
• You are able to listen and hear project participants, and you know how to find common ground with them
• You have your own opinion and know how to defend it with sound reasoning
