And this is a case where you can influence the look and feel of the bank, not just move buttons. I am looking for a strong UI designer who knows how to not only create something "beautiful" but also to form a concept and bring it to production.

Showcase Platform and Landing Pages This is the place where entrepreneurs decide which products to connect and how to operate within Alfa-Business. Landing pages, showcases, admin panels, page builders — desktop + mobile. Essentially, it's the bank's facade and the entry point to a bunch of services.

A Lot of Influence This is not a local feature, but a platform layer that interacts with various teams. You will have to structure chaos, come up with new approaches, and sometimes break old ones.

Disrupt (yes, a real word) There will be many concepts, re-imaginings, and attempts to do something different from other banks. You need to be ready to offer new ideas and defend them.

What's Important: — strong UI and a sense of system — attention to detail and hellish perfectionism — ability to think in concepts, not just screens — desire to create a product, not just mockups — ability to bring ideas to release (this is critical)
